Grounding & Breathwork Workshop
An interactive workshop for learning techniques to connect with your body more deeply by using the breath to create presence and awareness. Participants will learn tools for regulating their body so they can stay settled and present when experiencing heightened emotions. You will learn to regulate by grounding and centering yourself in order to develop deeper self-awareness.
